Role purpose

This seat exists so the week on the ground actually happens. The Head of Partnerships holds the relationships; you run workshop logistics, language, rooms, and local headcount, and keep the file of what the studio owns versus what a partner owns.

This seat exists so the UK studio has an operating rhythm: enquiries, scheduling, and the cadence that lines up research, engineering, and client care. This is the room behind the work — not a reception job, and not a substitute for the practice leads.

Accountabilities

Enquiries
  • Triage studio enquiries and route them without losing the thread
Scheduling
  • Schedule discovery, delivery, and internal cadence so weeks have a shape
Running file
  • Keep lightweight running files: who is waiting, what was promised, what is next
Applications
  • Support the contact form and application flow (name, email, cover note only)
Early warning
  • Notice when operations are about to drop something and say so early
