Abdulkadir founded Inject Group so research, design, and engineering would live in one studio instead of being handed between vendors. He leads the research and design practice: the week of discovery, the artefacts, and the product direction that engineering can build from. When a client still has a question rather than a specification, they start with him.

Job summary
You are the thread between Inject and every organisation that commissions us. The brief, the updates, the introductions, and the conversation that keeps delivery aligned with the people who asked for the work. When something needs saying, you say it; when a relationship needs looking after, you are already in the room.
Key responsibilities
- Day-to-day client communication and account care across live work
- Hold briefs, updates, and stakeholder narrative so delivery does not drift
- Introduce the studio clearly — in writing, on calls, and in the room
- Keep founders and operators informed without drowning them in status
- Work with practice leads so the story we tell matches the work we do
Qualifications
- Experience owning client or stakeholder relationships in a professional-services or product studio
- Excellent written English; you can brief, update, and correct course in plain UK English
- Calm under incomplete information — you do not wait for a perfect pack before you speak
- Discretion with commercial and personal information
- Right to work in the United Kingdom

Job summary
You turn product direction into production software. Modular architectures, design-system front ends, and delivery pipelines that leave the client’s internal team able to operate the product after we step back. Handover is part of the job, not a surprise at the end.
Key responsibilities
- Own architecture, Flutter and web engineering, and API design for studio delivery
- Set engineering standards: review, testing, and the bar for what we will ship
- Build automated delivery, observability, and secure defaults from the first release
- Plan handover and knowledge-share so clients are not blocked on a vendor
- Lead and grow the engineering practice around the work, not a headcount target
Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering on production software, not only greenfield demos
- Hands-on depth in at least one of Flutter, modern web, or API-backed products
- You can explain architecture to non-engineers and trade-offs to engineers
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, automated tests, and how software is operated after launch
- Right to work in the United Kingdom

Qualifications

You shape the controls, public wording, and delivery defaults behind Inject’s security and continuity programme. Cyber Essentials is certified; Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 are programmes in progress — the public site must stay accurate. This seat can be fractional or full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Advance the ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 programmes for the studio without claiming certification early
- Keep public wording honest for Cyber Essentials and in-progress audits
- Set secure defaults for delivery, enquiry handling, and how we treat personal data
- Advise engineering and operations so controls show up in the work, not only in a policy pack
- Prepare evidence a buyer or auditor can inspect
Qualifications
- Practical ISMS or information-security experience in a UK SME or similar
- Familiar with ISO 27001 and/or Cyber Essentials as they are actually run, not only as slides
- You write controls and public copy that do not overclaim
- Comfortable advising a small studio rather than a large GRC department
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred skills
- ISO 22301, Cyber Essentials Plus, or UK GDPR operational experience

You develop, manage, and expand the partner network that lets Inject run workshops and on-site implementation without inventing a local office. The UK studio keeps method and IP; partners supply rooms, language, and headcount where the work has to happen in person. The seat is how we grow in-market without listing a network we have not contracted.
Key responsibilities
- Partnership strategy: set the in-market partner plan against studio goals — where we need rooms, language, and people on the ground, and where we will not invent an office
- Partner recruitment: identify, evaluate, and onboard workshop, language, and implementation partners
- Relationship management: hold the primary relationship with high-value partners — communication, expectations, and performance
- Delivery split: write and keep a clear, inspectable split between UK studio accountability and local fulfilment
- Go-to-market with partners: coordinate workshop logistics, language, and local headcount with research, engineering, and client care
- Partner enablement: brief partners so they can run a week on the ground without inventing Inject’s method
- Performance: track what we promised, what happened, and what we learned; report that to studio leadership without theatre
- Market sense: watch MEA, Gulf, and UK delivery patterns so the partner plan stays honest
- Contracting: lead simple agreements that a buyer and an auditor can read
- Keep partner names and claims off public pages until a contract exists
- Feed what we learn in-market back into how the studio sells and delivers
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or in-country delivery relationships — ideally professional services, product studio, or B2B
- A record of building partner relationships that actually delivered, not only a slide of logos
- You can negotiate a simple, inspectable split of responsibility
- Excellent written English; you brief, update, and correct course in plain UK English
- Comfortable working across time zones and languages without a local office
- Discretion — you do not announce a network we do not have
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred skills
- MEA, Gulf, or West African operating experience
- Workshop, training, or implementation-partner operations
