Privacy policy

Inject Group Ltd (company 16282987) is the controller for personal data submitted through this website. We collect only what we need to answer studio enquiries.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and a message. Optional source labels (for example “leadership”, “careers”, or “investors”) record which page you wrote from. We do not ask for extra identifiers and we do not store the message body in our enquiry log — the email to the studio carries the message.

Purpose

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, application, or stakeholder interest about research, design, engineering, business-support work, joining the studio, or a live Inject product. Legal basis: legitimate interests in answering a request you initiated, and/or taking steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR Articles 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

Where data is processed

Email is delivered via Google Workspace. A minimised enquiry record (name, email, source, timestamp) may be stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the region configured for our Firebase project. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Enquiry mail is kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and meet ordinary UK business-record needs, then deleted or archived with access limited to the studio team.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the ICO. Email team@injectgroup.com. If you are in the EEA, UK GDPR-equivalent EU GDPR rights apply to the same enquiry data.
